Sarada Annavajhala
Ms. Sarada pursued her Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW) in 1995 and her Master’s in Social Work (MSW) in 1997, specializing in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work. She completed her psychological counseling training at the Christian Counselling Centre, Christian Medical College, Vellore.
With 27 years of extensive experience across community development, hospital, corporate, and child care and health sectors, Sarada has proven expertise in conducting awareness sessions, community mobilization, health camps, training programs, and coordination, as well as in preparing IEC material. She is a National Resource Person for the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) in the area of Food, Nutrition, Health, and WASH. Her responsibilities include preparing state operational strategies, monitoring, and evaluation through field visits, and training both the cadre and state teams. Additionally, Sarada is a qualified POSH trainer.
