Kalyani is a Chemical Engineer, a Management Professional and an ESG Consultant, with over 25 plus years of experience in the field of People and Process Management. After working in various Corporates and MNCs, in various industries, she co-founded Intelliace Solutions Private Limited, a Management and Business Consulting firm that specializes in helping organizations plan, create and implement, innovative, strategic, and sustainable solutions that improve operations, bring sustainability in business and enhance business performance. She is an ardent nature and peace lover. That’s what motivates her to be involved in initiatives that help to achieve the SDG Goals at G100 Mentoring and Motivation, WICCI India- Israel Bilateral and community Impact challenge.

As the Country chair for G100 Mentoring and Motivations, she along with her team are working towards mentoring and motivating individuals and organizations to be environment friendly in day to day activities and businesses and thus reduce their carbon footprint and contribute in reducing the climate crisis. Their relentless work is to emphasis and educate on the fact that, the burning issues in the world could only be resolved and uprooted, with collaboration and cooperation between men and women across the world. Thus prove, Gender equality is the only way to achieve and accomplish all the SDG goals. As the President of WICCI India Israel Bilateral, her focus is to not only to encourage business and trade between the two countries but even be the ambassadors of Indian Culture and heritage. She is a Sustainability Ambassador – SPSC Ambassador -A Part of Sustainability Promoters & Sustainability Collaborators.

Kalyani is also a volunteer of Community Impact Challenge (CIC), a global volunteer organization that mobilize companies and individuals to take climate action with an ambition to achieve net zero by 2030. CIC is an official accelerator of Race to Zero an UN sponsored initiative. CIC has managed to help more than 60 organizations pledge to become carbon neutral by 2030/40/50, through SME Climate Hub. Kalyani plays a critical role at CIC in helping organizations and Individuals on their sustainability journeys.

As a trained psychologist Kalyani’s mission is to reach out to individuals or leaders who go through stress and reduce it through their talents and skills. She is also a Motivational speaker and a guest faculty in several B schools.
